You can set up new employee payments & deductions on this form, review the YTD payments, and maintain the employment details ( Tax & NI codes, P45 details etc.) as well as the personal details above. There is also an import function available to aid the transfer of employee details from another system.
You can use the above form to set up recurring payments & deductions (e.g. salary) and also temporary single occurrence entries. An easier way to prime the payroll for temporary entries is to use the import function which takes a simple spreadsheet format as follows...

Gross2Net validates the entries before updating employee payments & deductions with the above. You can use more than one import file to prepare the payroll. Gross2Net ignores the Rate column for entries like BASIC as this is set in the payroll itself.

Starting the payroll is as easy as selecting the Run Type and clicking Go! If you want to exclude an employee, just click the tick box to the left of their name. You then click the next Go button to continue....

This display shows the results of the tax & NI calculations and the steps you can take to print and post the payroll figures. The Update YTD button is only enabled when you've printed the payslips and payroll summary. You can go back to any stage at any point up to the Update YTD stage.

Three payslips are printed per A4 page. If you wish, you can design your own print routine in Access to suite your own stationery, linking directly to the tables that the above format uses.
